I noticed numbers and figures from yahoo finance, SGX, morning star are all different. Which is the most accurate website to use?

Morningstar is good for finanial performance data and reports & Finviz is a useful tool to get access to charts and numbers.

The most accurate IMO is to go to the company's investor relations website, and download their Quarterly Earnings Reports and Annual Reports.
And get on the earnings call if possible.

Hi anon,
I would just use the company's annual reports and press releases of their results. Those are audited and thus accurate.
Morningstar, yahoo, SGX, etc can be used to help you filter and get an idea of what kind of stocks that you'd like to analyze further.
