Depends on what form of data you're looking at.
reitdata.com provides figures of each reit, but if you're looking at more qualitative data then you'd have to look at the company's annual reports

One of the stock screeners I know of is Jitta ( https://www.jitta.com/ ). It has a library of stocks from many countries with their respective financial statements. They have their own proprietary scoring system (Jitta Line and Jitta Score) to determine if the stock is worth investing or not. Their scoring system was inspired by Value Investing strategy, which is to buy a wonderful company at a fair price.
