Landlord's hard no's - most will say no visitor, light cooking, AC open when to when etc. but understand that some of these may be negotiable e.g., no visitor rule - perhaps stay 2-3 months with no visitor to adjust to one another, once comfortable, perhaps can see if visitors can be allowed once a week, 1-2 pax at a time. same with cooking, as "light cooking" can mean very different things to different people - some landlords mean maggi only but some may allow you to steam food etc. happy looking!
