What to expect for OCBC Graduate Talent Programme?

Have an upcoming interview for OCBC's GTP and wondering if anyone has any tips about what to expect like what kind of questions will be asked. Also, not entirely sure about the types of roles and career development for the programme. The track I applied for is Group Operations & Technology. Would appreciate it if anyone who has been through it/has friends who have been in the programme could shed some light!
