This is to achieve a 'better' weighing and balancing structure between the flexibility in withdrawal (Short Term Interest from OA) and accessibility (after age 65 through CPF Life)(Long Term interest from RA), under the revised scheme in Jan 2025.

As usual?
Is expected, nobody can profit off the govt loopholes.... may it be HDB or CPF.
If anybody found another policies loophole, the govt will plug it.
So when you found any, or you have any strategies anticipating govt actions, just keep to yourself. 🤫

Do our own investment, accept market volatility and SG private properties are still a very good option.
