I have a manulife income series - global balanced fund since Jan 2017 paid for $ by using $59k of my CPF OA. I received an email Stating that my dividends fund will be reduced and I checked that my account value is $55.369k now only. Should I switch fund or redeem fund?

This period, everyone stock value also drop...you have to access your overall portfolio with your financial advisor...if you want second opinion, u can reach out to me as i also represent Manulife.
IF I were u, i would hold first. most portfolio down by 20-30%..your is 6% drop...not too bad...
