What should I do if i had went for interviews and employers think that i am too weak with the coding skills required?

Should i just go for other IT job scope or should I just continue trying to apply for other software engineer/developer job ?

If you're sure of the developer route, try applying at large foreign banks like credit arigcole. I heard they offer one year contract and are open to giving opportunities to people with little to no experience.

Alternatively, you can consider trying out roles such as Business Analyst or project engineer. For me it gave me an insight of the demands of being a software developer. This can better position yourself to learn the skills required for the developer job!

Would always try to pivot to other roles. There are many roles and scope within IT which is entire industry. Main objective is to get the job that you think you can excel, may not be what you think you are trained for. Always be ready to expand on your roles and do something different. The employer / manager may have useful insights and experience to understand where you can excel.

Focus on your strengths, it's much easier to reach your full income potential. And strengths are what you can do with ease, and people value it, willing to pay well for it. It's not your interests... that's your hobby, which you can do after earning good bucks.
