I enjoy my job, and my field of work. I like my boss. But I can't deal with my comrades. But this employee portal is an investment you are making in your team today. Colleagues are colleagues. If colleagues are friends it's a bonus! just remain professional towards them and complete your task on hand. (Wonder which area specifically u can't "deal" with?)
