The cheapest and healthiest is always to make bulk meals, freeze them, and bring to work place to heat up every meal. The cost is usually around $2 per meal, $3 is fish is involved. Economy rice can be unhealthy because of the amount of oil/salt/seasoning they use in each dish. Your carbo intake is also rather high. I suggest you cut lunch and dinner carbs by half.
