DBS cash upfront account offers the most favourable rate when buying shares. How about the brokerage when selling, without needing to satisfy any conditions or criteria?

It depends on whether you prefer CDP or custodian.

Hi anon,
I'm from Phillip, but I recommend that you try out multiple platforms, after all, opening an account is free. Custodian based accounts tend to be cheaper in terms of brokerage.
Eventually, even the platform's interface is a moot point since you will get used to it with experience. At that point, you will be looking at finding a good broker whom you can work with in your investing journey.
