There is no trading fee if you trade less than 5 trades a month with Syfe trade, subsequent trades you will thereafter incur some cost. Would recommend going with Other brokers if you frequently trade/dca monthly.

There are commissions from brokerages, depending on which broker and which stock exchange the ETF is listed.

For US-listed ETFs, there are 30% dividend withholding tax and 40% estate tax (applicable to excess over USD60k portfolio value when you pass on) for non-US residents, no capital gain tax.

For Ireland-domiciled LSE-listed ETFs, 15% dividend withholding tax, no estate tax and no capital gain tax.
