What's the best way to withdraw your funds from Kristal.AI?

I have just started to invest Kristal AI in January this year, and you can only invest in USD dollars. Overall I have a good experience of using their Robo-Advisor and the support team was very helpful.

Do you find it easy to redraw your funds from the Kristal AI platform?
Do the company have the option for redrawing/transfer your USD dollars' fund account to a local USD bank account? (eg WorldFirst or Standard Charted Bank)

Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

Account name (should be the same as your kristal.AI account holder name)
Account number
Account type
Account holder address
Bank name
Bank branch and address
SWIFT/BIC/IBAN/IFSC (if applicable)
Correspondent bank details if applicable (please check with your bank)
Withdrawal currency
Withdrawal amount
Withdrawal reason

Hey Anon, I've tried withdrawing 10 USD back in February. These were the details I sent in to their team to process the withdrawal - [email protected]

Bank Name : XXX
Account Number : XXX
Name of the account holder : XXX
Currency in which you want to withdraw : SGD
Amount to withdraw : 10 USD
Reason for withdrawal: XXX

I sent in the withdrawal request on 23 Feb and on 25 Feb, an amount of S$14.01 was credited into my bank account.
