Hello! I find OCBC Frank Card quite good as they waive the fee for you for 2 years. Thereafter, you have to hit a minimum amount of 10k annual spending for the fee to be waived. Cashbacks are pretty good and it covers a range of categories. If you want unlimited cashback, then I would recommend Citi Cash Back+.
