What's the best broker To go to, for monthly small time investments?
I'm gonna get an income soon. Right now, I don't have anything on me to start if big with stocks. However, I plan to set 800 dollar a month to invest in stocks. As I realised it may matter, I am also investing 50/50 in SG and London based ETFs. (I.e 400 each per month of each stock type)
Since the monthly amount is rather small, I'm not sure if brokers like DBS Vickers would be good for me as they have high minimum fees. Are there brokers that have one time fees for monthly investments?

At 400/month to SG etfs, FSMOne have the lowest fees at $1 but I'm not sure if there are fees when selling.
As for etfs listed on london stock exchange, you can consider RSP every quarter so as to incur less transaction fees while doing a DCA strategy.
