Hey everyone! 👋
I run a small business in Singapore and I'm looking to streamline my accounting process this year. With IRAS compliance, GST submissions, and all the reporting required, I’m starting to feel like my spreadsheets are holding me back and I want to invest into an accounting software. I've been reading up and came across a few accounting tools, like HashMicro's cloud accounting software, If anyone here has hands-on experience (good or bad), I’d love to hear your thoughts before committing to a system.
Also — any tips for staying compliant without spending hours every week on accounting tasks? 🙏
Let’s share our experiences — thanks in advance!

For SMEs in Singapore, choosing accounting software that matches your team’s workflow is crucial, but it’s easy to overlook system performance when running multiple apps. Just like a PC with a mismatched CPU and GPU can bottleneck performance, even the best software can feel sluggish if your hardware isn’t optimized. I recently came across a handy tool called the Bottleneck Calculator that helps identify which components in your system are limiting speed. It’s simple to use and can ensure your accounting tools and other apps run smoothly without unnecessary slowdowns. You can check it out here: https://bottleneckcheck.com
