What questions would you ask the senior people in a "final round" job interview, that shows your interest in a long term relationship with them the or company, without sounding too pushy or ignorant?

What's the last thing you learnt or taught someone in your job?

Of course the questions you are generally most interested in for that company.

When it seems not too pushy a question they could appreciate that you are able to offer (constructive) criticism and are thinking intelligent and independent, and really interested. Markers that are important to them (or should be) for success.

Diplomatic wording of course is also important.​​​
