I am a freelancer and is struggling to find a gig in this current market as businesses are less willing to hire additional help now. Any ideas where freelancers like me can seek help or employment?

I am currently looking to find jobs outside accounting, which I have been doing. However most companies are looking for experienced people. Do courses in Skills future help one to job hop?

So what was your strategy that helped you to get 16 profitable investments in 3 years? What are things we need to consider in setting up an investment strategy?

Assuming I have spare cash of $100K and might need to use it in a year time. Is FD the best way now? Am currently considering CIMB due to their 1.75%?

The government is working on a second stimulus package with additional stimulus aimed at helping workers keep their jobs. What kind of support do you need?
