I would use Gemini. Solid platform, low fees(0.35%). And also allows you to earn interest on your coins up to 7.4%. On top of that they're MAS regulated and allow free withdrawals of Crypto(meaning you don't need to pay like $30USD every time you want to withdraw bitcoin etc..).

I personally have seen people recommend Coinhako and I would try to stay away from it as the app crashes very often so you miss out on a lot of dips and the fees are higher too(1%).
