What is the process to open a Toto branch or being a reseller of Toto? How do you apply for it? And what is the economics behind it?

Is it a very profitable business to get into? Is it possible to open a branch for toto? what would the resale prices/margins be like?

Sadly singapore pools does not do franchising anymore. But I am sure it was very profitable seeing how long the queues are for a piece of paper that gives hope.
