I’m plan to invest one time lump sum ~S$5000 into either ETF, ideally with Acc instead of Div (but not a critical point).
Researched seedly and plan to invest in ETF Listed in Ireland for the 15% withholding tax savings.
It seems that SCB, Amitrade, Saxo and IBKR are the most ideal platform to invest in the above.
However, I’m mindful of the fund transfer in (FX rates) and custodian/platform fee (since I’m planning to buy lump sum and hold long term). Not so critical on brokerage charge.

Do the sums yourself to make sure you understand all the charges.
Should be Saxo for under $100k and IB once you reach 100k. Although I'm not sure if SCB beats out Saxo for a one time deposit due to no custody fees. Are you certain you won't invest periodically? Even a few times a year?
