I personally would go for the 100% Equities Core Portfolio to start. This is their Flagship portfolio. But you must know that with 100% Equity, there's a higher risk for market volatility. Can you stomach the risk?
Once you've got your main portfolio up and running, and if you have spare cash, you can start researching on the other portfolios. This includes the Satellite Portfolios or even crafting your own using Fund Smart.
I personally am only invested in the Core Portfolio. Idw to rely too much on Endowus. DIY-ing is still the cheapest option.
Just my 2cents worth. You do you.

Not sure which 3 different 100% Equity portfolios you saw.
There are 2 under Endowus Core: Flagship and ESG, where Flagship was their original core portfolio investing general global diversified equities, and ESG as the name implied is focused on ESG theme equities.
They have introduced Endowus Satellite recently, which they offer 6 curated thematic portfolios, out of which 4 are 100% equities porfolios (Global Real Estate, Technology, China Equities, Megatrends).
If you have a long investment time horizon (like 10 years and above), you probably can afford to take higher risk by going 100% equity. However, it really depends on your real risk appetite. Some think they can take higher risk, but when the portfolio drop by 20% or more, they may waver and panic sell.
