What is the difference in composition between the STI ETF and STI unit trust?

If they both track the same STI, what exactly is the difference between the STI ETF and STI unit trust?

ETF: can buy sell only through the exchange via a broker. price quoted is based on market maker. can buy sell anytime during market open. minimum lot size (1 lot = 100 shares) and commissions applies.

UT: can only buy sell through a distributor. there is min investment sum (typically $100), can only buy sell at end of day price. price quoted based on NAV. platform sales charge, platform fee etc applies.

the above is similar for any index ETF and UT.
