Hi,

Great Eastern's SupremeHealth is like the base plan while Total Health is the rider that covers deductible and co-insurance. Total Health is the old plan where there is still 100% coverage for the co-payment. It has since been renamed to Great Total Care and policyholder will need to bear some form of co-payments depending on the type of plan.

From 1 April 2021 onwards, upon policy renewal, Total Health plans will transition over to Great Total Care.
