What is the decent rate for house warming angbao?

My friend is having a housewarming soon, and he already bought everything he needs. I think better to give Ang bao, but I'm not sure how much to give.

I recently went to a very good friend's one and gave hongbao too.

Usually these 'friendship' angbaos will depend in how close are you to them. Also depends what is provided at the party. If food is provided, then at least $30 ba? Of course different grps have different rates. I come from humble background
