May I ask with a current CPF SA balance of 182k as of Jan 2021
1) what is the current 2021 SA cap?2) if I pass the cap, what will happen to the monies meant to be for SA contributed by employer?

There isn’t a cap for the SA balance.
For RSTU contributions, the maximum amount that can be topped up to is up to the FRS for under 55yo. If you have topped up with cash or transferred from OA to SA to the FRS ($186,000 in 2021), no further top up is possible.

For compulsary contributions like employer and employee, it will continue to flow into the SA account.
The exception is if your MA is at BHS and your SA is at FRS, the MA contributions will flow to the OA.
