What is the cheapest way to withdraw big sum of money from TD Ameritrade?

TDA to DBS SG will incur $25 TDA withdrawal charge + forex loss from USD to SGD at poor bank rate, is this correct?

What are better way to consider?

Hey there, you are right.. when you withdraw out from TD Ameritrade to international banks, there will be a fee of US$25 withdrawal charge and forex loss/gain..
