What is the cheapest platform to purchase Ireland domiciled US ETFs (CSPX, IUIT)?

Planning to do a one-time investment of 10K and hold it for long term. No plans to DCA as of now. Was planning to use DBS Vickers but the high fees + nerf on Multiplier interest killed it. What would be the cheapest platform outside of the banks + IB (monthly fee)? I read that Kristal AI has 0 fees for AUM under 50K USD, but is there a catch?

Standard chartered. No custodian fee and dividend handling fee. Take note that the minimum age is 21.

Kristal AI don’t offer Ireland domiciled ETF like CSPX/IWDA. Kristal AI offer mainly US listed ETFs not London stock exchanges.
