I am using FSM for buying STI and they are not charging any fee, except those by SGX.

Using roboadvisors like endowus and syfe will probably have the lowest fees. They also have low minimum investment amounts and pretty good return rates. But do see if their portfolio underlying investments are the ones that you want to invest in!
