What is the catch when buying AirPods with Charging Case from places like Gain City and Courts during sale?

Currently the AirPods from both Gain City and Courts are on sale at $185. Apart from free engraving and faster delivery timeframe if buying directly from Apple, why buy from Apple at $239?
