Wow your yearly expenses is low. fully paid hdb and have investment and cash is good number. i am retired in april 2021 at 48yo after company ask to go in the mid of covid pandemic. by this time i am already 1 year into the investment and with monthly payout of passive positive cash flow of average 75% pa. this is 4x my expenses and my daughter still in private diploma and my condo still not paying finished. this coming May will be my 2nd year into this investment and 1 year into my retirement. all the best.
