What minimal size would a lump sum need to be in order to generate a stable passive income, and which investment venues/choices would be the best for it?

Have retired since April 2021 and my investment portfolio have payout of 75% pa. looking for other way to grow the investment for passive income.

I'm 23 and in my penultimate year. I want to earn passive income by investing in ETFs through DBS Invest-Saver RSP. Which out of the 4 ETFs available will give the best dividends?
