I would like to purchase a pure investment plan but do not know which is the best. I kinda not want an ILP since i dont need any coverage.
What i want a plan to be able to do is:
-obviously grow my money
-able to withdraw the money maybe after 3 years?

Hi anon,
It sounds like you will be better off opening a trading accout and investing on your own. If you don't want an ILP, then there isn't really anything from an insurer to suit you.
As others have mentioned, there isn't any guarantee on investments. You don't have to 'purchase' a investment plan to invest. There are many methods such as RSP, Share Builders, etc. Directly investing will give you the ability to liqudiate at any time.
