What is the best credit card for home reno (and large purchases)?

Hi everyone,

I am looking to have a renovation next year. I've read Seedly's article on the best cc for big purchases, but I have a few questions on the cards featured.
Context:

Fresh grad with 10 months working experience
About $40K in savings
Budget of about 50K-70K (split 25-35K each w fiancee) for renovation by Aug next year
House downpayment covered by CPF OA and grants
I never had a cc b4, and I'm looking for one that has no min spend, easily waived annual fees. Any recs?
