If you want cash only, UOB Absolute + GrabPay is the way to go. You get at least 1.7% cashback on pretty much everything.
If you're open to cash vouchers instead, you can consider rewards cards like HSBC Revolution. It has no min spend and earns 10x points on many contactless payment categories (dining, shopping, groceries, bars) as well as online payment categories (shopping, food/grocery delivery, ride hailing, hotel and flights, etc). You can redeem e-commerce vouchers at a rate of about 2.6% cashback, which is pretty good.
