What is the average percentage salary adjustment after probation?

Hello, can I ask for the average % in salary adjustment when a company offers you a job and mentioned that there will be a salary adjustment after probation?

Currently, the company is offering me lower than my expected but there will be an adjustment. Hence, would like to find out the market average % adjustment.

Depends on which sector and how you negotiate during the interview. Some company don’t give adjustment after confirmation.

I believe it highly depends on your company - usually there might be bump about 15-20%, but more and more companies are adopting the same pay for probation and post-probation, YMMV!
