What is one thing you do to actively carve out work life balance for yourself?

I'm trying to be more intentional with the ways I spend after my day after work, so my mind doesn't keep wandering back to work and I feel more well-rested. Any suggestions?

Determined by what you really want out of the life portion of work-life balance. for me, its fitness so i'll make it a point to jio a friend. the social aspect helps to make it routine.

I use a meditation app called Balance, maybe doing meditation after work helps your brain to 'mark' the end of work.

Disclaimer: Easier said than done

I'll try to constantly remind myself that work is part and parcel of life and it shouldn't be defining how we live our lives as a human. Switch off from work messengers/emails and keep healthy well-being in all aspects (mentally, physically, soul-fully).

Health is wealth. To be able to sustain and improve work efficacy, or even an innovative mindset, you should also spend time to exercise, unwind and rejuvenate.
