There are royalties from both OS and the seller as well. Depends on the setting of the NFT set

Like any asset class, if you got in early, it will be profitable. Only gas costs if I recall correctly.

Also need to factor in the minting costs (+ gas fees then) to have a comprehensive profit analysis.
