What is considered 'low' floors to you in a hdb flat property?

Would you suggest anything below the mid floor of a block as low floors? Or say 5th floor or lower? Thanks.

2nd floor in Tiong Bahru or 16th floor in Sembawang?

In any case, its all about relativity,

But if i have to choose, perhaps mid level 4-8 is fine for me
