Catalist is a platform for fast-growing enterprises, and has less stringent listing requirements than SGX mainboard:

It follows the same IPO process as those companies seeking listing on SGX mainboard. Companies listed on Catalist can apply to transfer to mainboard when they meet the mainboard listing requirements:
