wrap fees are like service charges.
i think you should look at all the fees in totality. advisers have to earn money from somewhere, so besides wrap fees, there may be other fees such as sales charge, switching fee, custodian fee, dividend handling fee etc. Mind you this is still on top of any fund-level fees.
Personally for UTs, I go to the 3 big banks, where I can buy/sell on my own without advise. more transparent fee structure. Upfront sales charge (<1%) and currency exchange.
Recently, I started a portfolio investing with Endowus for their UTs. So they claim they have the best in class funds and lowest fees.
You should check both out and compare with the platform you have in mind.
