I'm completely unsure as to what I want to do now, how can I go about narrowing my options down?

There are two ways to do this.
One, create a detailed organisation chart and list down all the pros and cons associated with each choice.
Two, just get started with a job that you hate. Eventually, you will reach a breaking point when you wonder why you were doing this and what you want to do instead.
Here is everything about me and what I do best.

I presume you are still a student, probably gg to uni soon, not sure what you want to do as a career? I'm someone like this previously as well.
One way to go about deciding your career path is this: take a look at ALL the courses a university is offering, ask yourself do you like to study for this course. Will you be interested to learn about it for 3/4 or even 6 years? You'll probably be able to narrow down quite a lot.
You can also take a survey or test to determine your strengths and weaknesses, and which careers suit you.

Try this website and take some of the tests there. You might be able to learn more about yourself there.
All the best!
