Now if you look at recent subsale transactions at Clement Canopy next door, there are two-bedders transacted at about $1.2 million, which suggests a good entry price for an equalivalent sized unit at Clavon.
Overall, Clavon is one of the better priced developments out there right now. Besides Clavon, we've been interested in Ryse @ Pasir Ris Central, because the combination of transport node (MRT / Bus) + mall is a proven combination.
