What housing options singles have if they just hit the BTO income ceiling??

I know of ppl who take a year or two off work, or take up part time work instead. Of take up work that does not pay cpf.

Resale la. cannot be you want to game the system by changing job or go jobless ma. Single here - already homeowner.

For me, the house is not like a forever thing, u buy already anything can happen - though it looks like a long term thing. who knows - u can be en-bloc, need to up or downgrade later.

so, i rather stay somewhere i like within my affordability i.e. can pay the mthly instalment. later is pay lower (due to getting older) can go back to BTO from resale ma - it's not no chance lor.
