What happens to my money when I die if I have two families? In other words, my ex-wife and children in my first marriage and my wife and children in my second marriage? How is it being allocated?

Will all my assets be given to my second and current family instead?

Depends on whether you have a will in place. Do note that remarriage would automatically revoke any existing will, meaning any will written prior to remarriage no longer valid.

If you have a will in place, distribution would be done according to your wish stated in the will.

If you don't have a will, then distribution woule be done according to Intestate Succession Act. You current wife will be entitled to 50% of your estate, and all your children (from both previous and current marriages) will be entitled to equal shares of the remaining 50% of your estate.
