What happens if bto is delayed beyond delivery possession date?

Will there be any compensation? There isn’t any clause in the agreement lease.

The only date that HDB cares about is the lease start date not the delivery possesion date. Them being able to deliver the BTO before that is not an obligation to them, its just a bonus for you. Pretty sure they won't give you any compensation.

No I don’t think HDB will offer any compensation especially since it is due to the current situation...
