Of course, you can just share (ideally a google sheet, but you can send a .xlsx too) the empty template without the contents, but if you're happy to share, why not?

I used Google Spreadsheet to separate my Savings / Investment and Insurance respectively.

Savings - Type of Account and Interest Rates

Investment - Robo / ETFs

Insurance - Name of Plans / Premium Paid / Policy Term (Years) / Sum Assured

Hope this helps!

For me, personally I track all the amounts there as a total assets and liabilities in a pretty simplified manner!

From the Assets breakdown:

  • Cash savings (across all my accounts)

  • Investments (broken down by robo, stocks)

  • CPF amounts (OA, MA, SA)

For the Liabilities breakdown:

  • Home loan
