What does 【renewable at the end of every 5 years】 means, for Pru Cancer 360?

Hi, dear all,
I am doing a quotation about cancer plan for my family,
what does 【renewable at the end of every 5 years】mean?
it means after 5 years not guranteed renew ?
or the premium will getting higher maybe every 5 years ...

Rising premiums sound more likely. I don't have the policy doc and can't confirm anything.
