Looking at all the different home insurance plans but I don't see much differences in them.

There are a few things that FWD Home insurance can give.
Zero excess where they will not charge you excess when there is a claim to be made for burst pipes or fire.
There is a rent protector where if the tenant defaults the rent due to any reason within the insurance policy, FWD will cover the loss of rent.
Also, under their home assistance, they cover 4 types of home assistance services (electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, air-conditioning) of $100 for each assistance service in the policy year.
Under incidental expenses, if your home is damaged due to any problems stated under the policy, they will pay for any expenses that come from the loss of use of your home.
Under the workmanship guarantee, they will guarantee any repairs or renovations done (must be an event listed in their policy) by their recommended contractors for up to 6 months from the date of completion.
