What do you usually redeem from your credit card / grab rewards points?

I usually go for the most practical ones. For credit card points, I redeem cash rebates or statement credits first, since that’s the most flexible. For Grab points, I normally use them for transport or food vouchers. Occasionally I’ll redeem movie tickets or dining deals if the conversion looks decent, but I avoid merch or electronics since value usually not great
