Covid caused many to realise on Cloud Service models that is scalable would be the most viable business not subject to pandemic risk. Many non data centre REITs jump into the bandwagon to acquire data centre, what do you think of Office & Retails REITS jump into such bandwagon with a mixture and starting to look like venture fund? Should investors consider such REITS since it diversity within it's own profile?
